Dear Colleagues,

We still need a strong works council in Berlin. A works council that helps to shape measures competently and with negotiating power. A works council that stands up for equal treatment and appreciation. A works council that combines new ideas with many years of experience. A works council that stands up for pay in line with collective agreements as well as for fair remuneration for AT employees.

Our ver.di team combines experience in responsible positions in the General Works Council, in the Supervisory Board, in collective bargaining and as a committed colleague in sales for the Private Clients Bank and for the Corporate Bank, as well as in many other areas in the infrastructure or back office at the OSA campus, in the UdL and at Ernst-Reuter-
Platz.
Experience has shown that we continue to build on a solution-oriented and trusting, but also critical and constructive cooperation with the regional management and the human resources department.

The challenges are not becoming any less. We are aware of our social responsibility for our Berlin location and our jobs.
