We fight in Berlin for
- secure jobs in the present and the future
- all age groups, full and part-time employees
- healthy working conditions and a healthy working environment
- more motivation instead of control
- fair pay according to collective agreements and in the AT sector
- future-oriented training and further education
- participation in shaping Future of Work (FoW) in your interest
- a secure Berlin location with opportunities and perspectives
